Several years ago, my wife and I bought a house in Florida and began the first of many attempts to sell our Indiana home. We used several agencies all unsuccessfully, The only constant bit of advice/feedback that we would get it to lower the price. We were aware that we would take a significant loss, but never felt any offer was reasonable. We finally gave up and began exploring a subdivision of our land. We no longer were listed and decided we would list again when/if the subdivision was completed. Out of the blue, I received a phone call from a prospect from NYC. After discussing this with my wife, we called Bobby Leonard back up and told him what was going on. This is where a combination of Bobby and a local lawyer, turned a prospective call into a sale and at a price higher than most people thought.
